Belle maison d'architecte sur sous-sol dans quartier prisé et recherché. Maison spacieuse, confortable, cosy et chaleureuse avec ses 3/4 chambres située à 300 m de Saint-Dizier. La maison fonctionnelle avec tout son confort convient aussi bien à des familles que des voyageurs en déplacement. La maison est proche de l'Hôpital et des commerces du Val d'Ornel (CORA, Lidl, Mac Do, bowling, etc...) La plage "les Sources du Lac" est à 16 km du gîte (20 mn en voiture).

My place is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is great for couples, solo travelers or business people. It is located on a non busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with location. At 5 minutes walk there is a grocery store open until 11 pm and right across the bakery. The city centre can be reached in about 10 minutes.
