Beautiful loft in center Amsterdam

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Typical Amsterdam cafe's, the museumdistrict, the canals, it's all around the corner. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Best, Aren

De perfecte privé ruimte! Easy access studio ensuite and kitchen. Vintage and industrial design vibe in sustainable architectural house. Also private entrance and hallway. Come and experience the city of Amsterdam from the trendy but quiet and safe area north side of the IJ-water. A former industrial area transforming into a vibrant residential and creative hub. From the studio a 15 minute walk to the hip'n happening NDSM-area for food and drinks. Take the free NDSM-ferry to the centre.

Spacious and characteristic loft with canal view

Comfortable fully furnished loft/apartment with a mix of quality designer and vintage furniture, complemented with artworks from the painter who lived here for decades. At the front side of the apartment you have a great canal view and at the backside a view on the quiet garden with a beautiful Magnolia tree. Although very centrally located in a lively neighbourhood in the city center, the street and the house is quiet, which is highly appreciated by the owners, two architects, as well.

This unique basement residence is right in the city centre . Only 15 minutes walk from the central station. Right on the oldest canal from Amsterdam. This is we’re you want to stay to get the real Amsterdam vibe. With lots of bars restaurants museums and shops on walking distance. The place is brand new decorated with one off the most comfortable bed you can wish for Although the residence is downstairs you still have a nice view on the street and the beautiful canal.
