In een landelijke omgeving, op een unieke plek in de Randstad, staat vakantiehuisje Casa Petite. Van oorsprong een oude schuur, maar vernieuwd, verduurzaamd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het staat vrij, heeft een eigen terras met tuin en privé parkeerplaats. Dichtbij is veel cultuur, natuur, strand en Amsterdam. Voor 12,50 EUR p.p.p.d. maken wij een lekker ontbijt voor je. Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

Appartment in a canalhouse in central Amsterdam!

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

You'll find this ground level apartment (no stairs) - part of our house - in the museum district. Peacefull and private ground across from the gardens of the Rijksmuseum. From the window in the house and our beautifull romantic city garden (26m2) you will have a spectacular view of the Rijksmuseum. This private part of our house is just one minute walk from the Rijksmuseum, van Gogh museum and MoCo.

Our wonderful home is located in the East of Amsterdam by Watergraafsmeer, formerly a polder that has been incorporated in Amsterdam in 1921. It is a green neighbourhood with many trees and sport facilities, as it used to be a popular getaway for affluent citizens of Amsterdam. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants and cafes in the area. Amsterdam Central Station is 15 mins away by public transport.

From the living room you have a nice view over the garden and the meadows. The kitchen is fully equiped. Breakfast is on request at extra costs.
