Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. House with sea view, direct access to beach.

House overlooking the sea with terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access on the customs road, 100 meters from the beach of the source and thalassotherapy, the train station is 900 meters, the port 1 km, close to all shops. Following many messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from 4 nights minimum in winter then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as Spring until November 11). Thank you for your understanding .
