This unique place has a style all its own. It pops up from the hill and sits on top of Elie and Earlsferry. It provides incredible views and is an amazing get-away-from-it-all pad, yet within an easy walk of all that Elie provides. This is the ideal spot to have a romantic break for 2. It would be easy to sit and watch life go by, read a book, or have an outdoor bath. The House on the Hill offers space, yet is incredibly cosy with a stunning wood burning stove. Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.
