This is a private bedroom in our basement with a separate full bathroom and a living room. There is no kitchen. You are welcome to use laundry, TV, fireplace, microwave, mini fridge, kettle. Free street parking is available in front of our house. This room has a double bed. NO smoking allowed inside the house We have Telus fibre & home security which includes a door bell and a backyard camera. We have a fur baby in the house. To ensure privacy of our guest he is not allowed in the basement.
