In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.

We have lovingly renovated this Art Nouveau house built in 1906 in one of the most beautiful streets of Emden on the Stadtwall. The more than 70sqm apartment is located on the ground floor.
