We do pictures with you and the sky and i show you to use the mobile phones for stargazing photography.. If you don't have car, you can come by taxi or Uber. Come and join us on this astronomical adventure and stargazing experience to share the magical night sky of Tenerife island from Teide National Park. We will be about 2000 meters above sea level, which you may feel a bit. The activity will be held at the core of Teide National Park, exploring the area of Roques de García (no bus at night). We will start at night or by sunset depending on the time of the year, and so both the sky and the landscape change depending on the season, the moon phase and the astronomical ephemerides (Moon, planets or shooting stars). The activity includes an interpretation of the sky, mixing astronomy and history as well as gazing by eye stars, planets and constellations. Tuesdays and Fridays: Regular Group Activities in English, gathering on average 10 to 20 people. Easy night walk of 3km. Ideal for families, couples and friends who want to be inspired by nature doing a relaxing walk and having time to stop, sit and contemplate the night. Other days can be available depending on the season. Spanish sessions are usually hosted by coworkers. Activities may be canceled depending on the weather evolution or fully cloudy sky. If I cancel, you are 100% refunded. Lanterns are provided. Telescope is not included. If you wish a private activity or include a telescope observation, just let me know.

The experience will begin with a guided visit through our vineyard, where we will focus on agriculture followed by our cellar, where we will talk about our winemaking. Then we will head to our restaurant to taste our red wine together with some local delicacies. Do not miss the most authentic opportunity to enjoy a unique environment at the hills of the Bandama Volcano. We will start at 8:00 am, first we will welcome and go to the pens to move the goats from there to the milking room, once here we will feed them and start the milking task in order to obtain the milk necessary to make the cheese. We then take the milk to the cheese making room and add the rennet, in which the fermented rennet (45min approximately) will give us time to taste the different types of cheese and typical products of the island what we do on the farm. Once the milk is fermented, we proceed to the preparation of the cheese, which will consist of a cheese cloth, which will be vacuum packed so that it can be taken away.

Surfing lessons last two hours in total, and all the material needed is included (surf board, wetsuit and insurance). I will be with you at all times, teaching you all I know about the sport, and giving you the confidence you need to enjoy your surfing experience without having to worry about anything else. Route of Cuervo is a circular route of 9 km, lasting three hours. Before starting, we will pass through the Masdache to see the volcanic tunnel in this same area. We start from the parking lot towards the Ortiz volcano to the north, where we can see the different layers of ejected volcanic material, we skirt it and head to the Colorado volcano. An extrombolian volcano where will see these bombs and the magnitude of their reach. We continue the route to the black Vulcano to appreciate the marpais that is around it, and the skills of the inhabitants to take advantage of these practically dead land, here we will see the fallen palm tree and we will take a break with a canary aperitif and local wine. Then we begin to walk into the crater of the Lapa volcano known as El Cuervo. Leaving this, we will appreciate the sunset in the direction of the split peak to return to the meeting point. Get ready for an amazing experience!!!

The purpose is to learn to manage more effectively the patterns of thoughts, emotions, sensations and reactive behaviors that contribute to negative or anxious moods; to change our bad habits with new healthier ones. In my sessions, each time different, I focus on the practice of Asanas and breathing, I love using Mantras and kirtans to relax and rest at the end of class, and bring body and mind to a state of abandonment and meditation Other things to note It rarely happens, but if it will be a rainy day, we will move to my Yoga room

After moving to the place of beginning, we will equip ourselves with the necessary safety material to live a canyoning experience in Gran Canaria, with total safety. We will descend through the water channel, having to walk, detour, jump or rappel when we reach waterfalls. All this in a beautiful environment, that will not leave us indifferent. The best way to know the corners of the island, and where you will take impressive photos, so you can share them with your friends and family. Other things to note Previous experience is not necessary. But you should be able to swim and do not have vertigo. Depending on the time of year and the rains, a canyon or another will be chosen. Hello customers, this amazing experience is suitable for all levels, the meeting before the surf lesson will be where you prefer, for example from your accomodation or bar... than ready to go to the beach, the course is about 3 hours and with my experience in the island we choose the best surf spots of Fuerteventura island depending on level , waves conditions and tides, (exmple:cotillo, north shore, east coast...) all the material included: surfboards/softboard, wetsuist, leash and wax, surf spot explanation , exercises and muscle warming warm-up on the beach and than 1 hour with theoric and technique end when we are ready we do surf practice in the water(with intermediate to advance level I do video with video analysis. Other things to note Nothing is impossible......

Well close to El Cotillo we can admire the lagoons and even take a dip if you are willing too ! Without forgetting to stop at one of the most beautiful windmill we have in Fuerteventura, in El Roque. We can have a lunch in the village of El Cotillo. From El Cotillo, we will heading to Step Beach, this one is my favorite, you are going to feels so tiny. Morning Corralejo beach yoga classes are creative and soft mindful flow yoga classes with yin elements, that bring balance to our body and mind. The practice is gentle yet refreshing with plenty of modifications to make yoga accessible for everyone. I favour verbal cues and avoid any hands-on adjustments. Mats are disinfected after each use. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor yoga class on a PUBLIC BEACH. The weather conditions and distractions around us are OUT OF MY/OUR CONTROL. First, we’ll drive our way up towards the town of Arona, and through to the highest town of Spain Vilaflor. Here we’ll have some time for a short break to walk through the peaceful town and perhaps to enjoy a good-tasting local coffee. After our break, we’ll continue our journey through the enormous pine forest where we’ll be able to get to the largest and very old pine tree "El Pino Gordo" for a photo break. Further on we arrive at the famous place of the park with an amazing landscape of different lava materials, and the great famous rocks named "Roques de García". Here we’ll have some time to explore the landscape and take some beautiful pictures as well. Also, there is a small hotel in the area "Parador de Cañadas del Teide", a cafeteria and a nice souvenir shop. Later on, we also will pass by the old peak of the Teide "El Pico Viejo" with its huge lava field of over 5 km². Fairly recent with just over 200 years ago. Then we continue to a five hundred years old lava flow from the volcano "Boca Cangrejo", with the great view to the neighboring island of La Gomera. Thereafter, we drive a little further into the Teide National Park, and we arrive at a place where we have the opportunity to take a short walk to the crater of the Sámara volcano. On the way back to the south, we stop at a fantastic viewpoint of several volcanoes also showing a bizarre volcanic landscape.
