This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... The idyllic 120 sqm 3 bedroom house with an extensive garden (deck / swing / slide / football goal) is located in eastern Brandenburg near Beeskow. By car you can reach it in around 1h and 10 min or take the train to Beeskow and continue 10km by bicycle.
