Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Conveniently located a couple blocks from the sea, you will love this fantastic fully equipped and renovated apartment that can accommodate up to three guests. Since July 2019, the tramway directly connects you to the International airport and city center. The top level features a full-size queen bed (160cmx190cm) and is air-conditioned. The living room has a convertible sofa suitable for two adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator.

Fully equipped studio, air conditioning ideally located in the city center 2 min walk to the beach, Promenade des Anglais and Hotel Négresco. Close to all shops and restaurants. Near the train station (10 min. on foot) and the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and central. The accommodation benefits from fiber, very high speed. Possibility to park a vehicle in a closed box 15€ per day on request. A €30 surcharge will be requested after 9:00 PM, €50 for a check-in after midnight
