Sentral leilighet, med hyggelig innredning. Leiligheten er nyoppusset og en del av et eldre hus, men med egen inngang. Godt utstyrt kjøkken og spiseplass, lys og åpen stue. Sovesofa som kan rigges til ved behov. Vi har også barneseng og barnestol til leie om det er ønskelig. Her er du kun minutter gange fra Arendal sentrum, men i et rolig villaområde med historiske trekk. Flott sted både for jobbturen og en sørlandsferier!

The appartment is on our property. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We will be happy to provide you with information about the area. The apparment is 48 square meters. It is in walking distance to the town of Arendal (3km) and 50meters to the seaside. There is a beach/recreationarea only a 5 minute walk from the appartment. There's a bus to town every 30 minutes and 700m to the nearest grocerystore.
