Nice duplex with large terrace and sauna

Completely renovated semi-detached house where it was not stinged at the amenities. Luxuriously renovated in old style as the house is from the early 1800s. Large bathroom with double roof showers and double basins. Large comfortable laundry room and sauna facility with own shower. If you are interested in food, the house has a professional kitchen with its own wine cellar. The balcony is large and accommodates a large company. There are also sound systems outside as well. 500m to swimming and 100m to golf and tennis courses. Restaurants on the doorstep!

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Villa Folkestorp is located in Älvsered on a small hill with forest and meadow land as the nearest neighbor. Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. Large attractive and cozy 1½ -plan villa near the sea in the middle of Hovås, just over 1 km walk to the sea with several bathing areas, about 10 km from central Gothenburg. Quiet location like the last house on a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Child-friendly garden with large areas enclosed by hedges. Terrace with lounge area and dining area that has sunshine most of the day. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 min) with several departures per hour towards central Gothenburg (20 min).

Relax in this unique and tranquil home. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it is 20 min to Gbg. Sup and rowboat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Newly renovated home with open floor plan. The highlight of this house is definitely its large window which gives you a beautiful view no matter the season.
