Garden house in beautiful surroundings

The garden shed is seperat from the main house in a quiet location. Small but fine with its own terrace and sunbathing area. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers a way to recover from everyday life and its hustle and bustle. The lower floor consists of kitchen ,to reach the upper floor via a chicken ladder(100Kg). Here you will find an oasis and also a starting point for excursions and cycling in the beautiful surroundings. An organic farm with about 30-40 cows is at the end of the street.

Our residential house and the small guesthouse are located directly by the park and only a 7-minute walk from the historic city center of Memmingens. Around the corner you will find a supermarket, and in the center many great cafes, restaurants and bakeries. The train station is also easy to reach on foot and the airport with a short bus ride. In the property you can make some some some some tea and coffee, but you can't cook. Lieferando has good deals here. A pellet stove provides comfortable warmth.
