KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Csend, nyugalom, madárcsicsergés, balatoni panoráma. Mindentől messze és mégis közel a Balaton. A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. Enjoy Lake Balaton in our tiny house. We are the 4th generation loving and taking care of this place in Zamárdi. The loft-like cabin is surrounded by a small forest a few corners (600m) from the free beach. You will share the garden with birds, squirrels and hedgehogs – a perfect place to relax for nature-loving people. Huge trees and small forest animals but no TV, organic shade but no artificial grass, however grilling equipment, SUP, two bikes, wifi and outdoor kitchen are available.
