Nice loft apartment with balcony and free parking

Guest apartment upstairs in our house in Kungälv C. Private entrance and check-in via code. Free parking on the plot. Five minutes walk to Kungälv travel center from where you can reach Gothenburg C in about 20 minutes and, for example, Marstrand in about 30 minutes. A well-stocked grocery store is about 200 meters from the house and within about five minutes walking distance is the shopping mall Kongahäll and Utesimbadet. About two km away is Bohus Fortress. Towels and bedsheets are included. The TV has no channels but Chromecast is available.

Here you live in a child-friendly spacious house of 163 sqm in a quiet area. The house has four bedrooms & two living rooms & three bathrooms. Free parking in the driveway, space for 2 cars. The train into Gothenburg takes only 18 min & only 2 miles to Marstrand (goes direct bus). Grocery, coffee/bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy are within walking distance. The house has all the comforts you need. At the back there is a large deck with sun all day & a large lawn. In the area there are several paths in forests, walkways & playgrounds.

Hi! I have a three-story townhouse in which I rent out the ground floor which is 46 sqm large. It has its own toilet/shower, laundry room, private patio and its own parking space. We will only share a shared entrance to the residence. The kitchen is simple with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and two stovetops for easier food preparation. The property is centrally located in Kungälv, with the bus stop in close proximity Alaá is 41 years old and I live with my two teenage girls every two weeks🙂

Lovely cottage with outdoor sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. It is an older and simple little cabin located on a beautiful nature plot with forest around. Adjacent to the cottage we have built an outdoor space with deck that has sea view. This place is good for couples and families as well as groups of friends.

Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.
