Hello dear guests, I rent you a nice, light and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, there are still some things missing such as carpets, curtains and pictures. But it won't take long for the apartment to be fully furnished. It is located near the university, and you can also get to the center quickly.

Visit us in our small apartment (30m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the windproof terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Bicycle parking is available on site (partly covered).
