Ostsee Appartement Strand Marina Wendtorf / Laboe

Light APARTMENT completely renewed, including BICYCLES ! Right at the Baltic Sea Yachthafen + Strand. Laboe is 5 km by bike. Apartment with sun/south view inland, without sea view. Unfortunately, we are unable to host PETS. Wifi may be weak. NETWORK, so unfortunately no own WiFi. Fortunately, mobile phone /hotspot very good reception of all nets. RELAXING PLACE close to nature, EXCURSIONS to Laboe or surroundings worthwhile. Kitchen/bathroom fully equipped! CHECK IN with key hiding place!

Enjoy your holiday or a short break in our beautiful sea view apartment on the 6th floor of a residential complex built for the 1972 Olympics. The studio apartment with loggia was elaborately renovated in 2022, healthy and sustainably. Next to mid-century furniture and design accessory, you'll find a Miele fitted kitchen, and a high-quality sofa bed with slatted base and 160x200 lounger for your comfort. The highlight is the fantastic sea view for sunsets in a first location.

Beautiful apartment in Schönberg - Baltic Sea near the Baltic Sea

Vacation from the first minute. That is our motto and we are creating the framework for it:) Take a look at the pictures and read the property description. From the 3rd guest, the price increases by 5 euros. No hidden additional costs for towels, bed linen, cleaning. The municipality of Schönberg charges a tourist tax. 1.50 / 3.00 euros per adult/night. Cycling and hiking trails e.g. through the fields start right outside the door. The accommodation has a superbly equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. At the house there are seating facilities and a barbecue. Your car can be parked for free on the premises.

The apartment is accessible via an elevator. On the balcony you can smell the sea air, look at the sea and relax from the stressful everyday life. A highlight is the access to the roof terrace of the house, which offers an incredible view over the sea and the Kiel Fjord. You can walk to the sea in just a minute. A supermarket is a few hundred meters away. Bakery and bike rental on site. Kiel is about 15 minutes away.

Delicious rolls are available nearby at REWE. REWE is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right by the house. And the best... the beach and Olympia harbor are right nearby. ...just move in and feel right at home.
