The seaside resort Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and is directly connected to the historic port city of Stralsund by ferry almost all year round. The house is part of the Sonnengarten holiday park, just two years old and with the latest equipment. Our half house has more than 80 square meters on two floors and is therefore the largest type of house, with room for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

The old farmhouse is a stone's throw from Lake Voigdehäger See, picturesque between old chestnuts and lilac bushes. It's just a 5-minute drive to the bustling harbour of the Hanseatic city, and you can reach the island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches in 10 minutes without having to cross the city traffic. The two cottage-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. The hosts with two children, dog Ella and cat Lotti, live in the adjacent half of the house.

Cozy little apartment - close to Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 meters from the beach promenade, lies our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It's bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is one double bed and one sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are thus possible. There is a washing machine on the basement, which can be used free of charge. Bedding and towels are included. Downtown is in walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.

I offer a beautiful 2-room apartment (40sqm) in a quiet residential area. Only 8 km away is the city center of Stralsund. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss will suit day trips. For an infant up to about 3 years old, there is a travel cot. An older child can sleep in the living room (sleeping couch). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. There is a lockbox for a flexible check in. I would be happy to greet my guests in person.
