You are welcome in my home! It's a well-maintained two-bedroom 1920 Craftsman house in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to both Greenlake, the University of Washington, and Wallingford. I've got central A/C + Hepa, extremely comfortable Leesa beds, a 65 inch 4K flatscreen with YouTubeTV/Amazon, gigabit Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace to get cozy and a fully-fenced backyard with hot tub grill and outdoor dining. Gorgeous Greenlake Private Suite. Big Soaker Tub!

You’ll love our place because it's very clean and cozy. Our central location is only blocks from the Roosevelt light rail station. Beautiful Greenlake and urban forest, Cowen Park, are both blocks away. Gorgeous coffee shops, award winning restaurants, PCC Co-op, Wholefoods, fresh tamales, pho, Thai, & Indian restaurants all within blocks. The soaking tub with endless hot water, freshly ground local coffee, & Smith Teas. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.
