The house is bordered by a wooden fence and situated in a private area of 9000m2, where frogs, foxes, hares, deer and birds are your only visitors. There are two lakes in the area; Budziszewskie and Włókno – both about 3km away. Włókno has a beautiful sandy beach.

Welcome to our home with a garden. Downstairs we have a living room with fireplace, dining room with large table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet area, near the lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m from the bus stop. Bikes are available. In the garden you can relax on the terrace and make barbecue. There's a sandbox and a treehouse. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI available.

At night, you can admire the Milky Way, listen to the sound of Owl. In the fall, we recommend walking and mushroom picking. In winter, bonfires and reunions. In the spring, beautifully awakening nature. And in the summer, we use lakes, bikes, walks, sunbathing on the patio, barbecue.

It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.
