Park with very nice views of Prague. Great for a picnic, beer and relax. Sunset is particularly good there. There are also 2 beer gardens right in the park.

Best to see the sunset from there:-)This park, over a century old, shelters intimate nooks and places with wooded areas, open grassy areas, unusual vistas of the city and a large garden restaurant with comfortable seating in the shade of chestnut trees. Vineyards used to be located here, and all that remains today are parts of the original buildings: the Classicist lookout from the 1920s, renovated into a restaurant, and a three-sided obelisk of sandstone from around 1840.

During the summer, the beer garden in Riegrovy Sady park is one of the best things to do in Prague. You can enjoy the beer garden itself. Or you can do what the locals do: grab a beer, and then watch the sunset. The west-facing hill in Riegrovy Sady park has one of the best views in Prague. It’s a perfect spot for watching the sun set behind Prague Castle.
