Best sushi I've had in New York so far. You will definitely need a reservation for this place, but if your a sushi lover, you'd be crazy not to go while you're in Manhattan. Have the Omakase, which starts at around $160. You will not regret it!

“It's Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's first ramen-focused restaurant, named after a one of the chef's nicknames in the kitchen. The celebrity chef focuses on tonkotsu and chicken ramens, with traditional toppings like pork chashu, garlic oil, and toasted nori. The menu also includes a spicy coconut curry ramen and appetizers with ingredients like pig ear, braised pig feet, and poached cabbage. It will offer an extensive sake menu, with about 13 options by the glass and several sake-based cocktails. - EaterNYC ”
