It is a great, large square with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and the Museum of History one one side - well worth the visit there too! The promenade consists in the Museum of National History and Archeology, old historical buildings and the pedestrian area on the edges of which are many restaurants and coffee shops. Sometimes there are cultural events, especially in the summer evenings. The place is pretty crowded, but mostly in the summertime. I recommend going for a walk around here, alone or with your beloved one(s), maybe enjoying some coffee and a good meal.

Ovidiu Square is the place where you can find local and international restaurants. But most importantly, restaurants where you can serve fish or seafood. Take a walk on Nicolae Titulescu Street - This street is the emblem of the historic center of Constanta.
