If you are a health nut, vegetarian, or vegan than this is going to be your go-to spot in Wailuku. They have the best Acai Bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, sandwiches, and daily soup selections. They make everything there with local ingredients. There is only a counter to sit at so don't expect much ambiance and if you go at lunch be prepared to wait a little while. Luckily there are lots of shops near by to kill 10 or 15 minutes while you wait for your food.

Farmacy has another location in Pukalani in the Foodland shopping center. All vegetarian, organic, local, fresh food. Rita recommends the Pono Bowl and Neil recommends the Acai bowl. Pono Burger is great too. Fresh pressed cane juice - try the limeade (ask for extra lime), sooo good. Also has local kombucha.

Amazing place in the heart of Wailuku to jump start your day with a health boost. Acai bowls, juice, smoothies, etc. I never leave without ordering a health shot!

Not a sitdown joint but healthy food and there is another location up the street from where you are staying in Pukalani
