If you have backpacks you can walk in 15 minutes, you walk towards the Santa Teresa hotel, you leave the wall through the entrance to the marina park and cross Blas de Lezo avenue. It is the place where the boats leave for the island of Baru and the Rosario Islands, keep in mind that you need to carry cash as there are no ATM services on the islands.
