Rustic, historic 500 sq. foot studio cottage comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate up to 4 by request. Located 5 miles above Oakhurst. Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Also I will consider by request one night bookings if the date is available.

"The Chalet" at Bass Lake/Yosemite

Our family calls this cozy studio "The Chalet." It is a single room cabin with bath set next to our home in beautiful Bass Lake. Renovated in 2021 with new carpet, new paint and new small kitchen area with oven and sink. Private sitting area outside and free WIFI. We are located just 20 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. This is a Pet free indoor space.

Nature's Window is like glamping in Yosemite!The guest house is surrounded by woods and is a clean, comfortable, quiet and most importantly relaxing space. Every guest we have has absolutely loved it and found this little gem to be very comfortable, peaceful and rejuvenating! We are about a 30 minute drive to Yosemite's South Gate, and 20 minutes from Bass Lake.

Just a little over a mile to the Bass Lake boat Launch. 2 miles from Manzanita Lake. Boat parking on property. Many guest visit Yosemite when staying here. 2miles from rt 41, 4.8 miles from The Forks Resort at Bass Lake. Two separate bedrooms. Vy quiet location. Full size kitchen. Hi speed wifi w an office (off of bedroom1); suitable for zoom etc. Roku w Netflix. There is also a DVD player and VHS player with some movies and documentaries. Superb central gas heat. Air conditioning.
