Rustic cabin with comforts of home!

Come enjoy some time away. This cabin features 2 beds (king upstairs, queen downstairs) 2 bath. Updated kitchen. Walking distance to Lake Tahoe and hiking trails. Once you have completed the booking process I will email you a copy of our rental agreement (with the same points that you agree to with the AirBnB platform which requires a signature.) We are dog friendly for dogs less then 70lbs and a $50 pet fee will be applied. For stays more than 20 days additional cleaning fee will be applied.

Our Tamarack Pines cabin is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern conveniences. Its' outdoor decks, pine paneling, wood floors & stone fireplace recall the old days of Tahoe, yet, a remodeled bathroom with shower/tub combo, on demand hot water, hi-speed WIFI, quality bedding, linens and rugs make this house very comfortable for 4 people. Close to HOA beach, Firesign, and Sunnyside resort. FYI, Placer County allows us to host 8 adults (13 years and older) plus 8 children 12 years old and younger. We cannot accept a reservation for more than 8 adults.

We are on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, about 3.5 miles from downtown Tahoe City in a residential neighborhood surrounded by national forest. You can easily hike/ski to Paige Meadows, and restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. Please note that during the winter, you may need 4WD/AWD and snow tires or chains.
