Welcome to Crystal's Casita. This cozy space is perfect for you. It is a suite that is attached to the main house built in 2019 with a private entrance. This space has such a warm feel with everything you need. The Casita includes a kitchenette with a Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Electric Skillet, Electric Griddle, mini blender, BBQ Grill, Plates, Cups, Bowls, and Utensils, Roku TV and WiFi. Also, a King Koil comfy air mattress for an additional guest sleeping separately upon request.

It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette with table and chairs, a new smart TV with free apps (guests can also use personal logins for various apps), WiFi, AC/heat unit with adjustable thermostat. Private bath with a storage closet. Private entrance with key pad and patio for morning coffee or evening chats. There is parking near the door. The accommodations are not suitable for children under 18. Please no smoking, pets or parties.

Beautiful house located in a very desirable neighborhood in Surprise. Close to restaurants and shopping with easy access. Short drive from Surprise Stadium for spring training games or State Farm Stadium for a Cardinals game. The house has everything needed, your home away from home!. Great house for a larger family, traveling with friends, and/or a couples getaway. Extremely clean and updated and plenty of room to hang out with a great outdoor entertainment area with pool and spa.
