The space
You will live a beautiful experience with your family , friends , partner or alone, in one hectare surrounded by nature and beautiful birds that visit us at sunset and sunrise you can take beautiful photos, ooze yourself, relax and enjoy the countryside without missing the comfort of your home, below I describe the facilities:

Inside: The house has a living room , dining room, TV, stereo, fan, kitchen counter , refrigerator, blender, microwave, full crockery, pots, fountains, gas, everything you need to be comfortable.
2 Rooms the 1st is large with a double bed, bed linen and two single beds plus air conditioning
the 2nd consists of 1 double bed, fan , in addition we have 1 sofa bed 2 seats and several additional mattresses.
Bathroom with hot shower plus 2 rustic bathrooms
Outdoor; a beautiful and spacious corridor 2 Large Cabins!! A rustic poolfront with tables and chairs for lunch, followed by the Quincho or grill , the 2nd Modern Cabin is in front of the house with a living room, dining room plus a large Freezer next to a beautiful mango tree and hammock.
Pool or large 10x5 meter pool for swimming surrounded by bamboo in a beautiful landscape.
They will have at their disposal the grill , large mud oven, a stove with cross and disco for you to fly your imagination and make your preparations with firewood , and all lit up for your warm nights in the tropics that invites you to swim at night.
Location
La Casa Quinta is located in the picturesque Juan Latino community 3 km from the main road, half a block away you will find a minimarket, butcher, liquor store will allow you to do your shopping in peace , 25 minutes from the Viru Viru airport and 45 minutes from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, near the river Pirai, there is transportation to warnes with connection to this cross.

I live in La Quinta in a separate house with a separate entrance, and that allows me to receive you , leave you comfortable and assist you , but they do not see me throughout your stay, unless you require my assistance for that you can contact me
