Our accommodation is a charming studio used with all the comforts. Located in the heart of Prati ,a central neighborhood of Rome , a few minutes from the famous shopping streets and the Ottaviano or Lepanto metro stops. Vatican City is a 15 min walk to Vatican City. Around there are shops , bars, restaurants ,oven , supermarkets . 2 minutes from the apartment is Prati Bus District location for events , exhibitions and fairs.

The space
The studio apartment is equipped with all the comforts : a large room with a king bed 200/190 , a single bed on request . We also want to accommodate families by giving availability of a toddler bed 0-2 years free, without additional costs on the night but always upon request . You will also find a kitchenette equipped with utensils and coffee maker, walk-in closet , private bathroom. Washing machine available on the balcony shared with the other mini apartment that is located next to it.
Possibility to book another accommodation next door with the shared entrance and balcony,similar to this one if you like to travel with company .

In addition, the bike path passes right in front .

Other things to note
During the week the check-in between 13.00 and 18.00 while Saturday and Sunday only on request. However remotely are available from 9.00 to 20.00. Special attention to celiac people for whom I could provide on request various locations for gluten-free products. Upon arrival you will find the complete kit of shampoo/shower towels that can be changed on request and for a fee . I kindly ask, the sending of the data of all the guests ,to us necessary to be able to transmit them to the Regional Tourism Agency. Also upon your arrival in the room you will find a short lease of the property for which we ask you to dedicate only 5 minutes for reading and signing . If the check-in takes place outside the scheduled hours with my presence, the contract could be left in the room as long as it is signed .
