We are pleased to host you in our newly built modern apartment, "CARA BRIANZA", located in Villasanta, a few steps from the Monza Park.
Our two-room apartment (living room with open space kitchen, double bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom and private garden with outdoor dining area) is equipped with all the necessary comforts to give you a unique stay. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, open in the summer months (01.06/15/.09).

The space
Our newly built two-room apartment consists of a comfortable living area with open-space kitchen and sofa bed; a double bedroom; a large bathroom; outside you will find a private garden with a covered sitting area, fantastic in the hot season.

The apartment is completely new, furnished and equipped for everyday life.

Accessories: dishes, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 50-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime video, wi-fi, coffee machine with pods, hot water kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, large shower 100cmx80cm, sheets, towels, single-dose kit for personal hygiene, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and drying rack.

The complex has a large free outdoor Swimming Pool for common use, open in the summer(01.06/15.09). Adjacent you can find a relax area.

Guest access
The entrance to the complex is shared but the apartment is completely private.

Outside the structure you can conveniently find free parking spaces for your car. If you prefer covered parking, please contact us, adding €5 per day you can park in the garage.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the ground floor, with the possibility of access for the disabled, even if the bathroom is not yet equipped. For any specific request please contact us and we will be happy to help you organize your best stay.
