Some meals can be prepared & supplied by arrangement. There is outdoor BBQ, pool & tennis court. Unfortunately we do not book those who smoke.

The self contained sunny large bedroom has views to the range, a private lockable bedroom with build-ins a large bathroom & compact kitchenette/ laundry combined. Ideal to work from home with fast WiFi & laser printer. Android streaming TV with Netflix, YouTube & all streaming channels.

Guest access
If requested, we have contact free check in, either with the key box or I can buzz you in & keys are inside the apartment. Enter from the carpark in Lindsay St. The apartment block is only 12 mins walk to city centre, 100 meters to coffee shops, restaurants, doctor, chemist & 50 metres to historic Queens Park. The grounds feature an exquisite extensive garden, outdoor undercover seating, eating & BBQ areas PLUS, tennis court & pool for your use.

During your stay
While you will rarely see me, I'm available most of the time or nearby & I can attend to your requests or questions through AirBnB messaging. Nothing is really too much trouble! I'd be delighted to advise on local information or direct you accordingly.

Other things to note
Dishes & other items can be placed in the 2-way cupboard cleared & replaced daily. NO washing up! This means there is no direct contact with your host during Covid times. The kitchenette is equipped with a frig/chiller, microwave, hot water, coffee plunger, (Aldi)
coffee pod machine, blender & of course crockery & cutlery. Front loader washing machine is under bench. Tap water is excellent for drinking!
