Spacious master (with work space), high ceilings, TVs with Netflix and Disney+, and big patio. - Park across the street - 1 block from Northern Nevada Med Center - 3 min. to I-80 - 5 min. to outlets, restaurants, waterpark, bowling, mini golf, IMAX theater - 10 min. to UNR - 10 min. to downtown/casinos - 12 min. to airport - 15 min to USA Parkway (Tesla Gigafactory, Zulily, Chewy, Panasonic, etc.) - 26 miles to Mt. Rose Ski Resort - 38 miles to Lake Tahoe

This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wifi, central AC/Heat, free parking. Brand new Samsung washer, but no dryer. Clothes line in backyard, or air dry. Centrally located to entertainment, shopping, food, hiking, lakes, ski resorts. Airport 11 min (5.8 mi) away and downtown Reno 10 minutes (5 mi) away.

The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.
