The property is located in a quiet area despite its proximity to Stockholm's inner city, which creates a wonderful contrast after a day out on the town. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

This cottage, 130 years old, is about 90 m2, modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Nice and spacey house near a small lake with own relaxing garden, BBQ-area, pickelball-court, fitness room and sauna. The house is located near recreational areas, public transportation (both Metro and Commuter trains) and only ten minutes by car to central Stockholm. Northern Europe's biggest shopping mall "Mall of Scandinavia" and the national arena "Friends Arena" is just around the corner.
