Very beautiful finca style house with lake and sea view and pool. Fully renovated. Situated in a quiet and protected area just a few minutes car or bike ride from the most beautiful beaches of the island and close to nice restaurants, bars and shops at the harbour and in Espujols. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A living and dining room with open kitchen as well as a separate room in the tower with a big launch. Lots of terraces and exterior dining area. 180° lake and sea-view and to the west .

New construction house, typical of the island, attention to detail decoration, high ceilings, fresh and bright, large garden patio with barbecue barbecue , outdoor shower, chillout, hammocks. The kitchen open to the living room east has a sofa and smart TV with foreign channels.
