Very bright 35 m2 2 room apartment, refurbished on the garden floor in a quiet and secure residence. Terrace and garden of 30 m2 facing south with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car at the residence. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than 10 minutes walk from the Embrun body of water, 5 minutes by car from the city center, and about 20 minutes from the Orres station.

Full-foot apartment, in private villa, with small courtyard and independent access. Living room sofa bed, equipped open kitchen, 1 bedroom bed 160 and ensuite bathroom with toilet. Linens included, municipal parking 100 m away, south west exposure. Residing nearby, your host will be accommodating on schedules.

Apartment 28 m2 +10 m2 of terrace overlooking the lake, Savines le Lac center, 5 min to the beach on foot 5 beds, washing machine, dishwasher,TV, microwave, induction, coffee machine. Quiet residence, park with pétanque court and barbecue. 18 min in winter from 2 ski resorts. Winter/summer,you can enjoy this beautiful region between lake and mountain.(July /August 3 nights minimum). Linens and towels are not provided. Cleaning will be entirely to be done by you.

The perfect base for visiting the area! Ideally located in Savines-le-lac, 5 minutes from the 2 main beaches and shops, you will be 12 km from Réallon resort and 12 km from Embrun. The apartment is nice and comfortable, equipped with new amenities. On one level, with ample parking in front of the entrance. Nice garden with views of mountains and forest. We provide a room with electricity to store your bikes, kayaks etc. No pets allowed.

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of the Serre-Ponçon lake and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2 not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
