This nice place is run by a group of young people whose dream it was to open a different place than the traditional pastelaria. And how they succeeded. Very friendly staff, nice little square away from the busy streets. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere with jazzy music in the background with great cocktails, good coffee and tasty tapas/snacks.

Portugese sailers were merchants and masters at the seas. When slaves were exported to America from Africa they saw a commercial opportunity and started to transport the slaves. At this market slaves were sold and bought. It's a black page of history but one that has to be told. The name of our city 'Lagos' became also the name of the big city in Nigeria where most of the slaves came from.
