What to visit

Ponta da Piedade (Portuguese for "point of mercy") is a headland with a group of rock formations along the coastline of the town of Lagos, in the Portuguese region of the Algarve. Consisting of yellow-golden cliff-like rocks up to 20 meters high, they are one of the most famous touristic attractions of Portugal. Several grottos in Ponta da Piedade can be visited by boat. The location also contains a lighthouse, dating back to 1913. Amazing view and caves to visit in family. Totally recommend it

Sagres is located in the extreme southwest of continental Europe, and marked by two geomorphological structures: the Cape St. Vincent and Sagres Point, which establish a transition between the eastern coastal and meridional zones. Exposed to the Atlantic Ocean, it is influenced by Mediterranean currents, marked by promontories of high cliffs leading onto a platform that oscillates between 100–200 metres (330–660 ft) (in the north) and 50 metres (160 ft)) where you can see an amazing sunset at the end of the day

Traveler advice

What to pack

Don't forget to bring 🤗

Flip flops, sun-cream, swimimg suit, hat 🤗
Getting around

uber, train, bus

Catch the bus easily at the end of the house street (torre alta Street with monte carapeto street) to move easily trough the city, specially directly to the beaches Praia Porto de Mós and Dona Ana. If you prefer you can go by walk in 1 5minutes more less of distance to the beach. Another easy and cheap way to move around is by Uber.
