Doolin is known for its
Music , there are few local restaurants and pubs where local entertainment is provided by folk musicians.
Doolin pier a mile from the village .
Is a beautiful spot. You can purchase tickets for the ferrys to the Aran islands . The express or the slow ferry . Or an other option , there are trips that take you to view the cliffs from the ocean side . Again the sheer height of the cliffs, the open ocean bombarding them , it’s difficult to believe that surfers play here Experience beautiful .

The movie journey to the center of the earth . Well worth the trip and guided tour .
Lovely cafe where you can get lunch on site before you head off again .
Doolin also has a cave I’d imaging they all meet up .
Stalagmite & stalactites I don’t know which is which but we got the biggest one here . Well presented for guests . Chilly bring jacket .

Just some pics of the village . The house is in the village and it’s. A working village so it’s not isolated and in the countryside you don’t have to worry about driving home after a pint .
