Drinks & Nightlife

Probably the most famous pub in town. It generally has the best trad music every night of the week. It gets busy but it's a classic boozer.

The Clew Bay Critters play every Thursday and they have various other things going on. Mainly though, it's just a great pub.

We really like the Pantry and Corkscrew at the bottom of our road. It's small and homely but the food is nearly all locally sourced and is good quality.

Down at the Quay there's the Idle Wall (formally the Quay Cottage), which has wonderful langostines when they're in season, amongst other lovely stuff. Very good seafood and quite a traditional almost French style restaurant
