First Timers - MUST SEE

Its a must-see for a reason. Reserve your time spot in advance, and if you can get to the pedestal or beyond - do it! Also don't forgo the audio part of the tour, I've done it with and without and there is just something so special about hearing Maya Angelou recite a passage from "The New Colossus"

Nothing else like this. Before Covid, it was mayhem of people / tourists, again for good reason. Bright lights, big city -quite a spectacle! I think everyone's first time visiting should see this at night first. Also, the largest Krispy Kreme is in Times Square so perfect late night treat.

Since the attacks on 9/11 this subway stop has been transformed! The Oculus is an architectural marvel that is now the transportation hub to One World Trace Center. This space features a mezzanine, retail space, and access to the station's four underground platforms, and a great place for some photo ops!

Sightseeing

Great area with authentic Asian cuisine. We love the "shopping adventure" of Canal Street. Many "knock off" high end brands can be found here. But for first timers, you may be better off not going solo, and don't feel bad about saying "No" you will could encounter some very forceful vedors.
