There is a lot to see & do in Galway but my recommendation is to just enjoy the unique nice ambience, walk down shop street, drink a pint of Guinness in one of the old bars (Taaffes, Murphys, Tig Neachtain,...) or sample some nice food (for example Hooked on Henry Street).
