Fenit Harbour and Marina is a fully-serviced and modern 130-berth Marina catering for all sizes of boats up to 15m. Tralee Bay Sailing School in Fenit have a wide range of courses from sailing, motor boating to kayaking. Fenit has beautiful beaches and walks. An excellent place for fishing.

Blennerville Windmill is a tower mill in Blennerville, Co. Kerry and the tallest of its kind in Europe at 21.3 metres high. It is now impressively restored and open to the public with a visitors centre comprising a craft centre, exhibition gallery, audio-visual presentation and restaurant. There is a guided tour of the five-storey windmill detailing the grain milling process.[citation needed] Blennerville Windmill is now Ireland´s only commercially operated windmill in existence.

The coastline consists of steep sea-cliffs, broken by sandy beaches, with two large sand spits at Inch in the south and the Maharees to the north. The Blasket Islands lie to the west of the peninsula.
