This is a great place for brunch and dinner. It's very family friendly and across the street is a playground which is handy if you have younger kiddos with you. Good food and friendly service.

This is such a throw back place. You'll feel like you have left Brooklyn and are visiting Poland. Great traditional Polish food, huge portions and affordable. There can be a line so plan ahead to get a table on a weekend.

Hang out in the expansive park/playgrounds all around here or stay on the ferry to get to 34th St in Manhattan. You can also take the ferry south and head to Williamsburg, Dumbo or Wall St in lower Manhattan.
