I recommend the theater at Lincoln Square, but this one is easier to get to by train (E). Also if you go all the way up you can get stunning views of Times Square.

My wife and I were deeply impressed by this museum. The audio tour is worth every penny. Be sure to plan plenty of time as a visit can easily take up half your day.
