Cemeteries- You can take an official tour of the above ground tombs, or you can just walk past them and see them from the outside. Most gates are wrought iron, so you can see directly into the cemetery. They're all over the city, but the ones within walking distance are on Canal St.

New Orleans Museum of Art is on City Park Grounds.
Storyland Amusement Park is at City Park as well. There is a little train that will take you around the park.
You can rent paddle boats shaped like swans, daytime or nighttime. You can also rent kayaks, canoes, bikes and surreys.
City Park is huge. If the weather is nice, we highly recommend it. It's about a 30 minute walk from the house.
