This place good for FAST FOOD and coffee. They even have a drive through window (call your order enroute to avoid a wait). The food isn't amazing but it's fast and reliable for breakfast and quick bites on the way to a BV adventure. http://www.panchosbuenavista.com/

The Roastery is on Main Street (not sure why google is showing wrong location). It's a big orange stucco building downtown. This is the place to go for roasted coffee to bring home or for wifi and a cup of fresh brewed coffee. They have a very light breakfast menu too.

The BV riverpark is a great starting point for a short hike with some great valley views. There is hiking and mountain biking that begins here. You can take a 20 min stroll here and or hike/bike for hours.
