You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a bench and table for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

The apartment at Panorama is quiet, spacious and light overlooking the river from the ridge. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. "The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a std double bed, 2 seater sofa, a dining area and small yet well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. All crockery, pans and cutlery provided. Use of private garden, hot tub, gas bbq and fire pit (extra cost)
