Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

House can be reached by stairs and has a separate entrance. On the terrace you have a wonderful view over the Neckar Valley. The apartment also has a carport. The place has a bakery and a good middle-class country inn with beer garden. Bieringen is located directly on the Neckartal cycle path. Bieringen has a train station.

Tübingen is a university town, that's why our house in the Schönblick is actually a student house. Here, students live in residential communities over two floors, the hosts on the ground floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and comfortably furnished 1-bedroom apartment with 36sqm, spacious bathroom and a new, fully-fitted kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are on the other side of the hallway, which is always access to the students' basement rooms.
