We are smack dab in the middle of two craft breweries only a 3 minute's walk away. Located within 2 kilometres of downtown Guelph.

This cozy modern self-contained apartment is perfect for visiting Guelph on your next holiday or business trip!

The recently renovated basement apartment is complete with a semi-private bedroom (curtain for privacy) with one queen bed. Lounge in bed or on the couch and enjoy Netflixs on a 24" flat screen HD TV. Adjust the temperature with your own personal electric fireplace.

Cook a delicious meal in your modern, well stocked kitchen complete with many pantry items such as oil and spices. If our backyard chickens are laying (they slow down in the winter) we will supply you with 4 eggs. We also have 2 croissants in the freezer that you can bake yourself for your first morning (please bring your own cream/milk).

Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine outside in your own cute courtyard complete with a bistro sitting area.

We offer all natural products (dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). We only use natural cleaners when cleaning the space as well with natural and scent free laundry products.

***IMPORTANT*** Starting as early as 6:00 am, footsteps and voices WILL be heard in the apartment, including on weekend mornings and throughout the day if the children are home.

We strive to be very respectful of our guests staying in the apartment, but we have a 7-year-old and a 5-year-old which makes it impossible to stop noise and footsteps. Please note that there IS noise transfer. If you foresee this being an issue, unfortunately, this Airbnb is not for you.

Another point to note is that there are two locations in the apartment that have lower spots. If you are over 6'2", this could be uncomfortable for you.
